That looks like a new-car, dealer stock trade / delivery.
Overseas factory-delivery wrapping, Window Sticker in the windshield, no attempt to camo the Driver door and the Wheels look “new” / production.
Based upon the wheels, could be an Accord... they also look like Hyundai Tuscon’s.

Not really sure. The wheels look like an accord or optima. There are Mazda and Ford dealers nearby tho so I was thinking maybe one of those

It’s definitely not a Mazda; too blocky. The main things that make me think Audi are the headlights and lower grilles.
